Payment Options

You can pay your Futura bill by check, money order, cash (in our office), or credit card/debit card.  Your account can also be automatically charged to a credit card or your bank account.

We can also take credit card and debit card payments by phone.

We do not have an online payment option at this time, but it is coming soon through the PayPal network.

 

Payment Deadlines

If your Futura bill is not paid by the date due, a small grace period is given.  If payment has not been received by the end of the grace period, your account will be "Suspended".  After a brief suspension period, the account will be closed for nonpayment.  

To reopen accounts closed for nonpayment, the past due amount, the next month of service and a $10 reconnection fee must be paid in advance.  Accounts closed three times for nonpayment will require automatic billing to a credit card or bank account to reopen.

 

Bills Going to Yahoo, Hotmail and MSN Accounts

If your Futura bill is being sent to a Yahoo, Hotmail or MSN email address, they may mark it as "Spam".  To keep it from going to the "Spam" folder is easy.  Simply add "billing@futura.net" to your contacts and it will no longer go to the "Spam" folder.  To do this click on "Contacts" or "Addresses"  and then click on "Add a Contact" or "New".  Then, in the email address blank type in "billing@futura.net" (without the quotes) and save the address.
